- Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due upon receipt of invoice.

- Envy365 retains ownership of all preliminary concepts, drafts, and materials until full payment has been received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (as defined in the project scope) is transferred to the client.
- Envy365 may display completed work for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Envy365 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
8. Revisions and Termination
- Either party may terminate an ongoing project with written notice.
- Fees for completed work up to the date of termination will remain payable.
- Termination terms are outlined in individual project agreements.
